We manufacture and supply a wide range of circular blades and knives for textile and other industries. Whether you require slitting knives, sheard blades, crush cutting blades, edge trimming blades, we are confident we can help!
Our complete range is available in a variety of steel qualities, the most popular being high speed steel ( HSS / M2 ), carbon steel ( D2 ) and alloy steel ( O1 ). We also produce in other special steel qualities for specific applications.
Our knives slit materials from silks through to industrial carpets and artificial grass and we offer diameters from 1″ (25mm) to 18″ ( 457mm ).
We excel in making or altering blades to suit your specific needs, such wire eroding extra key ways or increasing bore size. We can even etch blades with your company details if you are a re-seller or agent.
Our core range of machine knives and slitting blades fit all popular stenter trimming units and others from manufacturers such as Napier, Kuris, Weko, Tandematic, Kuris, Bullmer, Hoog and Mini-roller to name a few.
On receipt of a technical drawing or sample, we can make and supply any industrial blade.
We also offer a re-sharpening service for any of your blades. We sharpen a variety of blades types on top of the usual circular blades mentioned above, such as crimping blades and coating blades. It is not unusual to for us to handle blades several metres long!
We also stock and supply a range of blade holders, hoses , bearings and other associated spares.

Our roller coverings offer controlled grip, durability and resistance to high temperatures, abrasion, oil and chemical damage. Most coverings are available with a high-heat resistant self-adhesive backing with a silicone coated release paper, ensuring a guaranteed quality adhesion to the roller.
